Adam Kingdon – Managing Director
Adam Kingdon has spent the last 20 years as Managing Director of a number of SME businesses in the engineering and electronics sectors. He also has extensive international experience gained in the Middle East, South Africa, US, Germany, France, Holland and Belgium as well as the UK. He has an engineering degree from Imperial College, an MBA from INSEAD and speaks fluent French and German.
Andrew Burrows – Technical Director.
Andrew Burrows has over 12 years experience in managing complex multi-discipline R&D teams. His previous roles include Technical Director for Bernard Olesinski Ltd, a leading yacht design consultancy, Technical Director at Seldén, a leading yacht equipment manufacturer, Technical Director of KBPA developing high performance light aircraft and Supply Chain Manager at SBCL, a global player in aircraft strcutures. He is a chartered engineer and trained as a pilot in the RAF.
Jon Daniels – Operations Director
Jon Daniels was previously Operations Manager at Balfour Beatty where he ran a £55m pa contract in the utilities sector with 800 reports. He has also held senior operations roles with May Gurney and RPS where he managed many projects for leading water companies such as South Staffs Water, Severn Trent Water and Cambridge Water. He has a degree in civil engineering from Coventry Polytechnic.
Iain Tobin - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Iain has 20 years of financial and commercial experience and substantial international expertise. After studying accountancy at Oxford Brookes University, he trained as a chartered accountant with KPMG. He then spent three years as a Project Manager and SYstems Analyst for Mirvac Group, the Australian property group, before joining Arthur D. Little, where he became Finance Director of the global management consulting business.
He went on to join Aircom International as Group Finance Director, later becoming Group Operations Director. Most recently he co-founded Metricell, a start-up software venture, whewe hw took the role of Chief Operating Officer. Iain is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Reginald Deraed - Group Sales Director
With more than 15 years of software industry experience, Reg joined i2O in August 2010. Prior to this, reg was Operations Director for Northern Europe, Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa at InfoVista, a software specialist of network performance management. During his time at InfoVista, Reg developed the sales operation in the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa, whilst assuring continuing business in Northern Europe.
He also served as Head of Development at InPhase Software Ltd in the UK from 1997 to 1999. From 1993 to 1999 he worked for several software companies, including Alcatel, OCTel and Daimler-Benz in Austria, France and Germany. Reg has a degree in computing and electronics form a French Grande Ecole and further management degrees from the Open University.
